The AFD/HRS coordinated the RCSC Medal, Promotion, and Outstanding (OS) Certificate Awarding Ceremony, which was conducted today at the Cabinet Secretariat / Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
The programme commenced with the recitation of Zhabten, followed by a welcome address by the HRO and an address by Dasho Cabinet Secretary. During the ceremony, Dasho awarded one Silver Medal (For 20 years of service), eight promotion orders, and three Outstanding (OS) certificates in the presence of the Director, OCASC, ADC to the Hon’ble Prime Minister, all Chiefs, and staff of the Cabinet Secretariat.
In her address, Dasho congratulated all the recipients and emphasized the importance of working both hard and smart to achieve collective organizational goals. She stressed that outstanding performance requires not only diligence but also smart and adaptive approaches to work. Dasho highlighted that continuous learning, adaptability, and acquisition of new knowledge and skills are essential for professional growth and success, noting that one must constantly evolve to progress to higher levels of responsibility.
The programme concluded with the cutting of the cake.
